Can you turn wooded ground into pasture?
We can quote clearing, grubbing and grading for your planned pasture. Soil preparation, seeding and the finished condition are priced by scope; pasture establishment and ongoing maintenance are separate.
Do you build complete riding arenas?
We offer arena site preparation and earthwork. Arena design, specialized riding footing, fencing and material supply are separate unless specifically included in our proposal.
Who supplies materials?
JDP supplies labor, equipment and supervision. The owner or GC supplies materials unless our written proposal includes them. Mobilization and travel beyond 50 miles are included as applicable in the project quote.
