Send the project address or locality, your company and best contact, current civil drawings and specifications, requested work limits, anticipated start date, duration, and bid deadline. Include clearing acreage or earthwork quantities when available. Tell us about access restrictions, retained trees or utilities, hauling and disposal requirements, and any work that must be coordinated with other trades.

Identify which materials are furnished by the GC or owner and any items you want JDP to include in its price. For early planning, send photographs and a brief scope so we can identify what additional information is needed. JDP reviews each opportunity for scope, schedule, site conditions, and mobilization. A submitted inquiry is a request for review; the accepted work, exclusions, quantities, and responsibilities are established in the written proposal.
