Defined scope before equipment arrives
 
Provide the clearing acreage, plan limits, required grubbing depth, haul-off requirements, current addenda, and project schedule. Chipping, hauling, disposal, imported material, and stabilization are included only as identified in the written proposal. JDP provides labor, equipment, and supervision, with GC- or owner-furnished materials unless otherwise agreed.
