Required initial controls and construction access are installed in the sequence shown on the approved plans. Limited clearing needed to install those controls is coordinated with the responsible project team. Broader clearing, grubbing, and earthwork then proceed within the approved limits and sequence. JDP can quote E&S and clearing together or as separate scopes.
Installation scope and responsibilities
Quoted scopes may include construction entrances, silt fence, sediment-control measures, erosion-control blanket, mulch, and stabilization support. Exact measures, quantities, maintenance responsibilities, and material supply are confirmed in the proposal. JDP supplies labor, equipment, and supervision; materials are furnished by the GC or owner unless the written proposal states otherwise. Engineering, permitting, and independent inspections are not included unless expressly contracted.
