Built in the Field

Before building JDP, Jarod Poulin worked as a union operating engineer in pipeline construction. That work meant long production days, heavy equipment, difficult terrain, right-of-way access, changing site conditions, and schedules where delays were expensive.

That pipeline background became the foundation for JDP: understand the plans, understand the ground, keep production moving, communicate problems early, and leave the next trade a site that is ready for work.

Pipeline & Infrastructure Experience

Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, right-of-way construction, difficult access, production-driven schedules, clearing limits, environmental constraints, and coordination with larger project teams.

Commercial Clearing & Site Preparation

JDP self-performs clearing and grubbing, stump excavation, excavation, grading, demolition support, stabilization, and site preparation with company-supplied labor and equipment.

Erosion & Sediment Control

JDP supports installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls with attention to sequencing, plan requirements, inspections, site access, and protecting completed work.

Owner-Led Field Operations

Estimating and field execution are not separated by layers of management. Jarod remains directly involved in estimating, equipment operation, production planning, jobsite coordination, and solving field problems as they develop.
